The Aiwyn Outlook Add-in brings Quick Payment Links directly into the emails you’re already sending. No tab switching, no portal navigation, no friction.
There’s a moment your team knows well.
You’re wrapping up a client email — something routine, maybe a follow-up on deliverables or a quick check-in — and you realize you need to collect payment. So you pause, switch tabs, log into the portal, pull up the client record, generate a link, copy it, and paste it back into Outlook.
It works. But it adds steps to something that shouldn’t have any.
That moment is gone.
Introducing the Aiwyn Outlook Add-in for Quick Payment Links
The Aiwyn Outlook Add-in is now live on the Microsoft AppSource Store. Firms can install it directly from Outlook — and from that point on, sending a payment link is a single step inside the email you’re already writing.
No switching systems. No breaking the flow of a client conversation. No copy-paste.
Your team lives in Outlook. Client communication happens in Outlook. Now, payment collection can too.
Why This Matters More Than It Might Seem
Getting paid faster starts with making it easier to ask.
Every extra step between “send invoice” and “client pays” is a place where momentum slows. A tab switch that becomes a distraction, a portal login that gets skipped because the email was almost done anyway, a link that never gets sent because it felt like more work than it was worth in the moment.
For firms sending dozens or hundreds of client emails a day, those moments compound. Removing them at the source isn’t a minor convenience. It’s a meaningful shift in how collections actually work.
Embedding payment links directly into Outlook means your team can act on the billing moment when it naturally arises, right inside the conversation where it belongs.
What It Looks Like in Practice
Once the add-in is installed, here’s how it works:
- Open or compose any client email in Outlook
- Click the Aiwyn icon in your toolbar
- Generate and insert a Quick Payment Link — default or customized with client name, amount, and description
- Send
That’s it. Payments are processed securely through Aiwyn Payments and appear in your firm’s non-invoiced payments reports automatically.
The add-in works across Microsoft Outlook Web App (OWA), Outlook for Windows (2019+), Outlook for Mac (v16+), and Microsoft 365. Clients don’t need to set anything up. They click, they pay.
Getting Started
To use the add-in, your firm needs Quick Payment Links enabled within Aiwyn Payments. If you’re not sure whether that’s active for your firm, reach out to your Aiwyn administrator or contact Aiwyn Support.
To install:
- In Outlook, go to Home → Get Add-ins
- Search for “Aiwyn”
- Click Add — the Aiwyn icon will appear in your toolbar when composing a new message
